The IDEAL TECNO TIG 215 AC/DC is an inverter welder, manufactured from a new generation of IGBT transistors, which impresses with its small size and weight of just about 13kg. Small dimensions and weight guarantee high mobility and possibility to work even in hard to reach places.

Despite its dimensions, the welder impresses with high power and maximum current of 200A! Such current allows to obtain 5mm of melt and weld material up to 10mm thick. IDEAL TECNO TIG 215 AC/DC is a welding machine designed for TIG and TIG PULS welding of all weldable materials (all types of steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and others), with a maximum current of 200A. The so-called soft panel used in the device allows for precise and quick setting of the welder, therefore this welder is suitable for professionals as well as beginner welders. The device has a clear and easy to read soft panel.

The parameters are adjusted by means of a multifunctional knob and several buttons, which makes setting up the welder very easy and intuitive. The device gives the possibility of pulse current welding. Thanks to this function and full adjustment of pulse parameters, it is possible to focus the arc and change the shape of the weld as well as to weld thin elements.

The arc is produced without contact with the built-in HF ionizer or in LIFT touch mode. Pulse - function to improve the quality of the weld, regardless of the position, two types of welding current are produced during welding: basic and pulsed, TIG AC - rectangular wave alternating current welding is used to connect aluminium and its alloys, HF IONIZATOR - contactless arc ignition using high frequencies. This technological solution makes it possible to eliminate tungsten contamination of the joint, - Anti Stick, Hot Start, Arc Force, 2T/4T switch, - Digital control, - Cooling by fan. 1.6 - 4.0 [mm]. 620 x 270 x 390 mm.
